Introduction:

Psalm 138:8 “The Lord will perfect that which concerneth me:thy mercy, O Lord endureth forever: forsake not the works of thine own hands.”(KJV)

Psalm 139:8 “The Lord will fulfil his purpose for me……”(The Bible League Translation)

Psalm 57:2 “I will cry unto God most high; unto God that performeth all things for me.”

            Dear beloved in Christ, take for instance if we give a work to someone we know, they might not complete it fully or if they do ,it will not live upto our expectations. There is a huge difference between doing a particular work and completing a work. Every one of us can begin and start doing a work, but we may not know whether we will complete it fully. We need to keep in mind that the mighty God we worship never leaves a work incomplete. Our God is a God who finishes what he started, he never leaves his work in the mid-way. We need to cry out to the God most high, who fulfils his purpose concerning us. Today we are going to meditate on how God is going to complete his purpose on us and what are all the valuable blessings that he is going to shower upon us.

I. HIGHEST

Genesis 49:26 “The blessings of thy father have prevailed above the blessings of my progenitors unto the utmost bound of the everlasting hills: they shall be on the head of Joseph, and in the crown of the head of him that was separate from his brethren.”

            Over here we see, Jacob blesses all his sons and tells them what will happen to them in days to come. We can notice that Jacob blesses his sons individually according to their behaviour and deeds. More than all his sons, Jacob blesses Joseph in a special way. Jacob blesses Joseph stating that his father’s blessings are greater than the blessings of the ancient mountains than the bounty of old age hills. This is the high level of blessing that God gave to Joseph, and the same God is going to give you that same blessing exclusively for you. God has not called us to obtain normal blessings; we are called to obtain the highest blessings on earth. We might think that it will take years’ time for us to get all the high blessings from God. Today God is going to command that Highest blessings to us more swiftly. Our God is able to make us touch all the highest peaks of blessings.

II.PRESENCE

Deuteronomy 11:12 “A land which the Lord thy God careth for:the eyes of the Lord thy God are always upon it,from the beginning of the year even unto the end of the year.”

            We see that the Land of Israel is the Land that God cares for, as the eyes of the Lord God are continually on it from the beginning of year to its end. Why is the Land of Israel special? It is because that God loves that place and his eyes are kept on it continually. In other words, God’s presence and eyes are always on it.  It is highly important that we need to live a life with God’s presence. We might have started many things in our life but we are so confounded about the ending. Do not be worried, God gives you a blessing where his presence is there with us in all our efforts in life. Our Lord God takes away all our confusions regarding our life and delivers the blessing of his divine presence which guides us.

Job 8:7 “Though the beginning was small, yet thy latter end should greatly increase.”

            We might start few things in life in a simple way, but God says the end is going to be big. God says ‘Your beginning will seem humble, so prosperous will your future be.’ This blessing is possible when the divine presence of God is with us. Your life will prosper more than what you expect, as God fulfils everything for us. We need to believe and confess saying that God will bring a fruitful ending on all his plans concerning us.

III. PEACE

Psalm 37:37 “Mark the perfect man, and behold the upright: for the end of that man is peace.”

            When we live a life with God, Our life will be considered blameless. Many families lack peace and that is the root cause of all problems. Today, God has started to work out things pertaining to peace in your life and he will give a perfect conclusion of peace. We might be in a position where we question God on our lost peace and rest. Beloved in Christ, Stop worrying about the problems as God is giving you an everlasting peace that is never taken away from you. People around us may observe us and ask million questions to confuse us, but never ever give up because God gives us peace and transformation to move forward in life. All we need to do is, we need to lead an upright life.

                        Worldly people may live a life in their own style, but we Christians cannot do so. The reason is we are not like unto them, we belong to the group of chosen people in the sight of God and our life is being watched over by God. If people are questioning about our Job, Salary, Family unnecessarily just ask them to observe you. For you will receive an everlasting peace from God and that will lead you to a brighter blessed future.

IV. CONFIDENCE

Proverbs 23:18 “For surely there is an end;and thine expectation shall not be cut off.”

Hebrews 3:14 “For we made partakers of Christ, if we hold the beginning of our confidence stedfast unto the end.”

            Our God says ‘There is surely a future hope (Confidence) for you and your hope will not be cut off.” Our saviour puts a full stop to all our troubles and worries. What sort of a blessing is this? It is the blessing of Confidence. Our God gives you a strong confidence towards all your endeavours. People may say, ‘do you believe on your project still?’, ‘this is all over, you cannot do anything better!’ Our God says “I will fulfil all those things for you, no matter what it takes.” God wants you to hold on to the confidence that God is giving you today. There is nobody to help a worldly person; he has to do things on his own. But we people are privileged as God Almighty does all the things concerning us. We need to hold firmly till the end, the confidence we had at first. Our confidence should not rest on horses or people but upon the Lord God who guides and guards us.

V.DIVINE NATURE

Ecclesiastes 7:8 “Better is the end of the thing than the beginning thereof: and the patient in spirit is better than the proud in spirit.”

I John 3:2 “Beloved, now are we the sons of God, and it doth not yet appear what we shall be: but we know that, when he shall appear, we shall be like him; for we shall see him as he is.”

            We see the end of the matter is better than its beginning. You might start in a normal way, but God is going to command a prosperous end. But what is the condition levied? In the second part of the first verse we see the virtue of patience is highlighted. Patience is divine attribute of God and it signifies a divine nature. More than asking for worldly riches and honour, we need to ask God to give his Divine nature. In the second verse we see, when God appears before us, we shall be like unto him. Therefore, if we need to be like God, we need to have a divine nature. When we meet God, we need to be patient and filled with the attributes of Good nature. Each and every one of us has to earnestly ask God to give us this quality of Divine nature. Amen! God Bless You!
