EASTER MESSAGE (DIVINE ASSISTANCE)

DIVINE ASSISTANCE

Today being Easter we are going to see about the Divine Assistance the women got who came in search of the body of Jesus. We are also going to see how God is going to give His assistance to us like how He gave them.

And it happened, as they were greatly perplexed about this, that behold, two men stood by them in shining garments.

Luke 24:4

As we see here, the women who came there were worried about the body of Jesus. They went there to search the body of Jesus in the tomb being unaware of His resurrection. But contrary to what they came for, good news was announced to them that Jesus rose from the dead. God had sent two angels over there to help them. Even in the tomb, God had placed assistance by keeping two angels to direct them in the right path. God placed these angels in order the women should never be disappointed. Even so the divine assistance is coming for us.

We might not get help from people whom we expect would help us but God will send help from unknown sources and unexpected places. He will send His angels ahead of us to help us. Even on this resurrected Easter morning, God says that He is going to help us.

1. OBSTACLES REMOVED

And they said among themselves, “Who will roll away the stone from the door of the tomb for us?”

Mark 16:3

We see over here, a stone was placed closing the entrance of the tomb. This stone was very huge and it remained as a stumbling block for those women to enter the tomb and to see the body of Jesus. Women generally cannot roll the stone away and because of that they were worried as to who will move that stone for them. But there was a miracle waiting for them. Before they could reach their destiny, the stone in the entrance had already been removed. The obstacle they had before them was removed already.

And behold, there was a great earthquake; for an angel of the Lord descended from heaven, and came and rolled back the stone from the door, and sat on it.

Matthew 28:2

An Angel of the Lord rolled out the stone beforehand. Before those women could face the obstacle, God intended to remove it.

But they found the stone rolled away from the tomb.

Luke 24:2

Likewise we might be having lot of obstacles on our way as a stumbling block. We might be wondering about the huge block before us and no one is there to remove it for us. But God says like how He removed the stone, He is going to remove all the hurdles and barriers by sending His army of Angels. This is the uniqueness and speciality of our God unlike other so called gods.

DIVINE ASSISTANCE THIS EASTER WILL REMOVE ALL OUR OBSTACLES, PRAISE GOD!

2. SOLUTION

But the Angel answered and said to the women, “Do not be afraid, for I know that you seek Jesus who was crucified.

He is not here; for He is risen, as He said. Come, see the place where the Lord lay.

Matthew 28:5,6

Here we could see the boldness of these women who came in search of the dead body of Jesus early in the morning. They also came to embalm His body as they thought everything is over and he is dead forever. But God knew their thoughts and therefore He sent His angels to inform them it is not the end but just the beginning. That is why the angels said, “He is not among the dead for He is risen”.

The night is gone for them and there was new dawn giving a new solution. It was the beginning of a new era for them.

Then she ran and came to Simon Peter, and to the other disciple, whom Jesus loved, and said to them, “They have taken away the Lord out of the tomb, and we do not know where they have laid Him.”

John 20:2

They still did not believe that Jesus has risen and therefore the angels met them to inform the same. They had a wrong notion that He is dead even though Jesus had earlier informed them that He is to die and rise again. God removed their misconception on that day.

What are the wrong conceptions we have in our mind today concerning our sickness or our impossibilities? God is going to remove them and give us a solution if we believe in His resurrected power.

This day of Easter is going to dawn with a new beginning giving us a permanent and better solution well beyond all our human expectations and thoughts.

DIVINE ASSISTANCE THIS EASTER WILL GIVE US PERMANENT SOLUTION, HALLELUJAH!

3. GUIDANCE

But go, tell His disciples—and Peter—that He is going before you into Galilee; there you will see Him, as He said to you.”

Mark 16:7

These women came to the tomb perplexed not knowing of what to do next, but there were angels sent before them to guide them. They were guided clearly by those angels to go to Galilee where they can find Jesus whom they came searching for.

New way was opened to them and divine assistance gave them guidance as to where they should move and what they should do next. Likewise God is going to give us guidance through His divine assistance. He will open many new ways for us and many miracles are going to happen. This guidance will be well demarcated by people that it is from God alone and not from man.

DIVINE ASSISTANCE THIS EASER WILL GIVE US GUIDANCE, PRAISE GOD!

4. DESIRES FULFILLED

Now when He rose early on the first day of the week, He appeared first to Mary Magdalene, out of whom He had cast seven demons.

Mark 16:9

Having got divine assistance and guidance, these women obeyed and went to the place God chose to appear. Because of their desire to see Jesus they obeyed the angels to the fullest.

The Lord appeared to Mary Magdalene fulfilling her desires. Her entire life would have been changed after that. Even today Jesus wants to change our opinions and fulfil our desires. He knows what we need and also knows the deepest desires of our hearts which we would be longing for many years. He is going to fulfil those this Easter.

DIVINE ASSISTANCE THIS EASTER WILL FULFIL ALL OUR DESIRES, HALLELUJAH!
