BUT THE LORD PART-III

Jeremiah 20 : 11 - "But the Lord is with me like a Mighty Warrior so my persecutors will stumble and not prevail. They will fail and be thoroughly disgraced; their dishonour will never be forgotten."   As the mighty terrible one is with us, no total infirmities will touch us.  Whenever the statement “ BUT THE LORD” comes in any situation, we can notice a great impact.  Therefore let us discuses how the mighty terrible one is with us in this life of wilderness.

“MATCHLESS GOD”

1:  1 Chronicles 16 :26, "For all the gods of the nations are idols, but the Lord made the heavens."  Our God is a wise God as He created the whole earth.  We cannot compare anything or anyone to God , as He is unique.  Let this God show that He is Matchless to you in your life .  You will witness His uniqueness in your life .  As He is unique to us people may envy / wonders at our growth.  He plans each and everything in our life.  Every creature created by Him exhibits uniqueness in their working.  We should have a belief that God will perfect everything that pertains to us.  Do not worry about that He is with you.

“SUPPORTIVE GOD”

2:   2 Timothy 4 :17, But the Lord stood at my side and gave me strength so that through me the message might be fully proclaimed and all the Gentiles might hear it and I was delivered from the lion’s mouth.   At this circumstance, God was with Paul and helped him.  We see God strengthened him in his efforts.  God acted as a true support to Paul.  Even in our life, people whom we trusted so much will flee away seeing our trouble.  The dependability on humans is futile.  Do not worry if a lion comes in your way, as the mighty Lord is there to help us out . God confirms this statements saying “But the Lord will be with you as a mighty terrible one”  God will be with us and He will change things for us.  Psalms 40:17 we see our God is mindful of us and He will deliver us at the time of dangers.  God admits that He like troubles your life and he will continue protect you and deliver you.

“HELPING GOD”

3. Psalms 118 : 13, “Thou hast thrust sore at me that I might fall: but the LORD helped me.”  People will always dig a pit for us, but the Lord is with us to help us.  Sometimes, when a person helps us it will be not a help but a trouble.  In this competitive world, people are prepared to propose evil against you , but the Lord will be with you to help you overcome it . Our God is the true person with whom we can seek assistance. The Lord Helps us round the clock because He never sleeps or slumbers.

“PROTECTING GOD”

4.  2 Thessalonians 3:3, "But the Lord is faithful, who shall establish you, and keep you from evil."  Our God is a God who protects us from evil.  Lord says you have been wanting to socialize him and that is the reason you are safe and blessed   If things are not prospering , we should keep the matter in prayer , leaving it into the hands of God.   If we do so, God will do the needful.  The Lord says, "I am the God who keep you away from all the evil things in your life."  Therefore we should pray to God that He should protect us and guard us in our life

“RIGHTEOUS GOD”

5.  Psalms 129. 4, "The LORD is righteous.  He hath cut asunder the cords of the wicked."  In our lives, there could be many curses and troubles without which we cannot proceed today.  But God will break all the knots, curses and in all those dark corners the righteous God will make all the favors to us.  He will fight for our cause.

CONCLUSION:  The Mighty Terrible God will be with you as a unique one being a support to you by giving you help.  He will keep you from all dangers and does justice to you cause The Lord God will be with you as a mighty person and deliver you at the day of trouble.  Believe in him and He will guide you and bless you.  Amen.
